Hi all,
We are facing High uccx engine memory usage ,our system version uccx 8.2 su4,when ever this problem hapening we are facing all agent desktop failure also.Any one facing this same issue.Kindly attached RTMT screen shot.

I saw a similar issue after upgrading to 8.0(2) SU3. We found that this was because a few desktops did not automatically update ... for various reasons. Ensure that all desktops are on the correct version, which should be 8.0.2.500 for SU4.

Thanks your update,I will check all agent desktop and i will update you. after agent desktop upgradation still you are facing this issue or resolved please update me.

Hi Brian,
Yes you are correct ,We found that four agent desktop are not updated the newer version.Now all the agent desktops are
8.0.2.500.

Yes, our issue was resolved after upgrading desktops.

Hi Renji,
This is a known defect CSCtn87921 and its caused by a memory leak in BIPPA service
-Please follow the workaround of restarting the BIPPA service from serviceability section on both servers if present
-Check if the alert disappears
-It should have been fixed in SU4 but apparently not
