Historical Report Issue

When i select the agent call summary report , and the filter parameter is set to resource group name or team names, does not apear all the agents, only apears the summary of the team supervisor.

Its strange because weeks before when i select that filter all the agents asociated to that group apears, but now they don't

Do you see some agents but not all of them, or do you see no agents at all?

I see only one agent, but i realy have three, i used to see all of them, but since last week i only see one
