Is it UCCX or UCCE you are using? If it's UCCX, the DB all the data is stored in is db_cra. If UCCE then you can do either push or pull for the data but if it's UCCX pushing data might be your best option using SQL Server DTS or SSIS packages as long as you have SQL Server on the box due to the limitation of UCCX SQL having to be in Windows Authentication only and not being able to join it to the domain.
