I have recently installed CRS 4.0.2, IPCC Express 4.0 Enhanced on Cisco OS 2000.2.7
My problem is such that when I try to access the historical reporting client & login with Supervisor or IPCCAdmin ID it throws a message that "2: 3/31/2006 5:46:33 PM %CHC-LOG_SUBFAC-3-UNK:Licensing Error | All available licenses are in use by other client machines. Please try again later and check the log file for error 5116."
Even though there is no other client configured for historical reports.
When I registered my PAK code I got the following information:
IPCX-4.X-NEW-ENH IPCX 4.0 ENH Configurable Option for server, seat software 1
IPCX-40ENH-1B IPCX 4.0 ENH 7825/7835 Server SW,OS 1
IPCX-40ENH-SEAT1 IPCX 4.0 ENH Seat Qty 1 (agent or supervisor) 10
My question: Does this installation require a additional license to run the historical client? And also just to confirm, I have a license for 40 agents & 2 supervisors, right?
Please advise. Any comments will be most helpful.
