Ho to see status othe agents when trasfer calls?

Is it possible for agents to see when they want to transfer a call to an

other agent to see to see if the other agent is on the phone.

uccx express v8.0.

Hi

If you have reasonably modern phones (i.e. 7941+) then you can turn on the 'BLF for Call lists' enterprise parameter.

This will allow you to see in your placed calls/missed calls/directory searches whether a line is busy or not.
