How can I delete temporary licenses in UCCX 9?

Hi, I have my UCCX 9 with temporary licenses, I tried to delete this form Admin Web page and CLI but in Admin Web page the Delete is disable and in CLI there isn´t a command to delete it.

Some one knows if I need to open a TAC case or is there a way to do it by myself?

Hi ,

I think you are trying to delete permanent license from web page thats the reason its disabled.

From CLI

1)utils uccx list license (get the license number from this command)

2)utils uccx delete license <license number)

Hi Ravi,

Thaks for the tip, yeah I could deleted the license, keeping only one. The system is asking me for a  reset, I have one question about this, Once that I apply the Reset, I guess that I will see just the license I let and the warning should disappear, Am I right?

Yes once you remove temp license and reboot the server then you will not get temp license error.

But make sure to delete only temp license
