How can I do a database backup from ICM 8.0?

Hello everybody, I`ve tried to look for a guide that reports the right way to do a correct database backup from ICM 8.0 environment, but I didn't find it.

If someone knows how to do that, what tools can I use to do the database backup, please report it here for me. And if its possible, the step-by-step way to do it.

There is no specific "correct" method. Basically any method compatible with SQL Server will be fine (for example a SQL Agent job). The only caveat is to try and do it off hours to minimize performance impact.
