How can I map Cisco Unified Contact Center CallID to the corresponding UCM CallID?

Hello,

According to the 'Unified Contact Center Express CTI Protocol Developer Guide', the messages coming from UCC do contain CallIDs that are internally generated by the UCC.


Is there a chance to find out the corresponding UCM CallID of a call that is handled by UCC?

You want to see the caller ID of the calls comming into the UCCX?

I think the attached showing the implementation ID from the get contact info is what you want. That also makes a great session key so you preserve values from application to application. My thanks to the TAC engineer whose name escapes me for showing me that trick!
