Hi,

CRS 5.0 provides a CTI protocol to integrate with third party applications. It is very similar to the CTI protocol used in IPCC Enterprise.

I think that ypu will need to contact your Cisco AM or SE in order to provide you with the protovcol details.

You can use, too, the windows macros provides by all versions of IPCC Express to integrate your apllicationn.
