You can take a look to the documentation, regarding IPCC Express 4.1 in this link:

Basically, you will have to create CTI Route Points, as points to send calls to the CallCenter, CTI Ports, they are the physical ports used by the IPCC Express to queue calls or IPIVR applications, Callmanager users to monitor all the above components and the agents physical phones.
