I have a CSQ that runs 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. I added an addtional time of 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm and I want to transfer all calls to a different Q. Can you tell me the steps I need to take? I am guessing I need to dequeue first and then select a resource (being the new CSQ).
