You can zip up your prompts into a single file and upload them to the prompt repository. UCCX will decompress and put the files where they need to be. Now, if you have complex folder structures then you may need to test to see if UCCX extracts files and creates folders (based on archive attributes). My impression is that it will, but I have always dumped the prompts in a flat directory myself.
