How to add to EoS IP IVR port license

My customer use IP IVR 3.x and they need to expand ports.

But I can't order IP IVR 3.x port license because they were EoS.

How can I add ports license?

Do I have to upgrade the IVR 3.x to 5.x or 6.x?

But, upgrade is not easy.

Please let me know

there is no more a part available, it is easier to plan for an upgrade, maybe just on 4.X.
