How to capture # as a valid caller input in cvp call studio application?

Hi All,

We are trying to build an IVR in call studio and we would like to use # for repeat option. But whenever # is being pressed it invokes no match, but numbers working perfectly fine.

Element used id 'Form'.

Any suggestions will be very helpful.

Thank you

# (The "Octothorpe", "Pound", or "Number Sign") is the default terminating character in VXML. You can change it by setting the "termchar" VXML parameter in your Form element to some other value. More details here:

Hi Jameson / David,

Thanks a lot for your quick response.

Once I kept termchar to blank , it is working like a charm.

Thank you again.
