How to check number of logged in agents IPCC Hosted
I have a small "problem" with the ability to check number of agents logged on during last month or week in a team or separetly. I tried to use webview but it's so much data coming out in the historical reports so it became almost unreadable.
The realtime reports shows perfect and brief information on how many agents it's in the team and how many agents that are logged on now. The reason for this is that our customers will be billed for the highest amount of agents logged on during last month and not to be billed by 1 agent 1 license.
Does anyone have suck a sql query or have you used Webview and customized a report there? I do not know how Infomaker works so it's not an option for me actual. Using IPCC Hosted 7.0
