How to create formatted e-mail in CRS?

Hello,

I try to find a way to prepare/send an e-mail from IPCCx that would be somehow l.formatted. For example TABs, break lines, bold text etc.

I look for a way to send text-plain e-mail but formatted or html body e-mail.

If this is possible with attachement as body please advise what template to use. All I tried doesn't work but maybe someone tested it.

I don't have a system to test this on at the moment, but as a simple test can you send this in the body?

Thanks for reply. That's the problemu such way to solve it doesn't work. It is even placed in wizard for character tab but no result.

Comment:

I tested more and:

text has to be in " ", special characters seperatly in ' '. One character in ' '.

Thank you for make me to try it again. Well it works but some how not always, not in every place.

In my case it was only '\r'+'\n' or '\t'+'\r'+'\n'
