How to develop a UCCX Script with Hot link feature as in CVP
Is there a way in UCCX to give customer an option like "Press 9 at any time to talk with agent ". This feature is available in CVP but I do not know how this can be done in UCCX. Kindly let me know if this is possible in UCCX.
