How to find a script

I have a CTI_RP in CallManger with an ext number 62711. If I go to the IPCC Enterprise admin workstation and open up the Script editor ver 4.6.2 is there a way to find what script is using that ext number?

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Re: How to find a script

You can see that information fron the Script Editor clicking on 'Script' menu option, and selecting 'Call Type Manager'.

In the new window you only have to select 'Call Directory' tab and look for the routing client name and the 62711 DN. Once you have selected that information you will be able see the Call Type association for that DN and the current scheduled script.

Hope this helps,

Juan Luis
