How to I get JTAPI based caller information to be popped to the agent
How to I get JTAPI based caller information to be popped to the agent? for example I have an application with 6 triggers and based on which trigger was used to call the application a screen pop will display to the agent a message. So they know which line was called.

I'm going to assume you are using CAD with CCX since you haven't specified otherwise.
This is called Enterprise Data. You will need to configure your script to pass this information to CAD for the agent to see. Enterprise Data has been covered on the forum before and in the documentation. Here is one link:
