The database components include the Agent Datastore, Config Datastore, Historical Datastore, and Repository Datastore. These are a package and can only be installed on one server in the cluster. As you mentioned, if you choose one during installation, you choose them all. Take a look at the following link. Thanks for this. This is how I installed the servers but experience loads of problems ie unable to access the CRS Application on the DB server. If the CRS Server is re-loaded the agents cannot log back on without having the desktop agent removed and re-installed.
Would it make any difference as to which Server is installed first ie The CRS Server or the Database components Server.
