How to know the number of session in a csq ?

Hi, is'it possible to see how many peoples are in session in a particular queue ? I want to see it in the "supervisor desktop" or/and in the "agent desktop", is it possible ?

What do you mean by "in session" ?

I assume that you don't want to know how many contact are currently waiting in a queue, right ? If not, then you can use the "GET REPORTING STATISTIC" step with the "Contact waiting" stat.
