How to map a two CSQs in a UCCX Script with a single trigger number.
Need some help on fixing one of my client's issue.
We have a call flow which is working fine for one application. I have attached the script of the working call flow here.
The new request is to add a new CSQ. The client wants the same toll free number to be mapped for the same call flow. So one Trigger for two applications in UCCX. I would like to know if this is possible. Like adding a single trigger number to different CSQ's. If I do so, what should I change in the attached script.
CSQ's named TEST and TEST1 can be assumed. The script attached has a test CSQ configured. But I need to know how to put in a new CSQ in this script.
I believe a new prompt is required in the beginning of the call.
So, if there is single number how are you planning on selecting appropriate CSQ? Is the idea to prompt the caller for option 1 - TEST CSQ1 and option 2 - TEST CSQ2? If so, then simply use the MENU step to map the caller input to proper CSQ.
