How to mask sensitive information being written in MIVR logs - IP IVR 4.5

Hi,

I am using IP IVR 4.5 for developing my application.

I am getting some sensitive information(digits) from the caller using the step "Get Digit String".

But this information is being written in the MIVR logs.

Keyword to search - "Digit received"

Is there any way to mask this sensitive information being written in the logs? Or any configurations can be done?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Sushma

I blieve the debug and log levels are set in cetool but I could be wrog. You just need to turn the debug and logging levels to a less of a severity. Maybe its done through the IPCC Express web interface? will look more tommorrow when I am on on a CRS Server if I can find where to set it...

Hi Chad,

Thanks for the response.

It would be more helpful if you could confirm on setting the "severity".

Can you please enlighten me on where to set it?

thanks,

Sushma.
