Hi,
i just want to know if there is a way to monitor your Hotlines which means in a IPCC enterprise Deployement monitoring the CTI-Route Point. So if a hotlines fails you get informed. I tryed using Callmanager RTMT tool, under Performance but this gives alls CTI connection including all HardPhones. I want just CTI-RPoint and maybe also CTI-Route Ports.

There is no mention of how to monitor CTI-RP. It didnt answer my Question.

You need some kind of monitoring solutions like www.netIQ.com
