I am looking for a visual notification method to tell Not Ready Agents that calls are in queue. Has anyone found a way to light the message lamp on a 7961 when calls are in queue?
Thanks

The MWI is for other reason and its not recommended to do that. You can use the idle state disply of your 7961 to pop up the queue stats that will show the calls in queue.
just add the SkillTargetIDs to the query string in the Call Manager Idle URL string.
http://webserver/share/phonedisplay.asp?skills=5001,5009,5002
The order of the SkillTargetIDs in the URL string is the order they display on the phone.
Let me know if you need any more info.

Hi,
I am interested in your response. I cannot find a file named phonedisplay.asp on my UCCX server (5.0(1)).
Please can you provide some more detail on how this works.

You can also use a Wallboard to provide realtime status of your Call Center queues, we use Spectrum's Wallboard.
