How to remove/disable "DialByName" on script aa.aef

I want to remove "Dial by Name" or "press 2.." on aa.aef standard script. I already delete the step "DialByName" in simple recognition step, but the flow is not the way that I want. If you press 2, the prompt will say "Sorry, You having trouble..." then go back to main menu. I want when I press 2 the prompt will say "please try again". Just like when I press 3 or 4 or 5.

Could you show me in which step that I miss.
