Hi All,
I know that the Historical Reports may be customized to create a more specific report.
I want to create a report that shows calls presented, calls handled and agents logged in all this information on intervals of an hour.
The CSQ Activity Report helps me on showing the first two things that i mention, but i need to know how many agents where logged in. I need this information to know when hire new staff and the time of the day that i need more agents.
Any suggestions to solve this problem? Please let me know.

So i will need to watch the agents logged in within this period of time and calculate an estimate value?
