complete version of ICM you are running on the sprawler server .How to take Backup of Cisco IPCC 4 .6 or there is another way/softwar

You means ICM configuration backup? run 'c:\icr\bin\icrdba', export configuration into flat files.

I am able to see the icmdba.exe file in the location what you mention.

How to proceed

On call logger, run 'icmdba'.

Expand tree to "_sideA",

Select menu "Data>Export".

Select data type as "configuration", and specify destination folder, then export.

There will be 117 flat files in ICM 4.6.

Taken same yesterday itself .foud 118 flat files in backup folder
