How to use the GET USER INFO step while scripting in UCCX 8.0

Hi All

I need a little assistance in scripting. I am creating a script in UCCX 8.0 which will authenticate a user using the USER ID and PIN info from CAll Manager. What i want to do is to use the Get User info step in UCCX to get the user ID from Call Manager by using the identifier attribute. Then i will collect the PIN by using the GET Digit String and pass both of these to Authenticate user STEP.

somehow this does not seem to work and when i do a reactive debug it gives me error in the get user info step.

Any help will be much appreciated. Attached is the script attached.
