Client CCX upgrade from 5.02 HA to 8.02 HA. I used the PreUpgrade tool for the migration, no known errors.
However, after installing the new Historical Reporting client and running some reports, no data is found since the upgrade.
Anyone know if I need to enable something to fix this?
Premium license if it matters.

Is the old data being generated which has been restored or nothing shows up ?

If I run a report for data pre-upgrade I DO get data, just nothing when I run reports from the Post-upgrade period.

all issues were resolved once the servers were rebooted and the HR database was synchronized.

Hi,
I have the similar issue. But I haven't upgraded my Servers. In my case I can see older reports only but not the recent ones.
How to resynchronize historical database?

in version 8.x its in the Servicability webpage, but in the Windows version within the appadmin you should find it within the Datastore menu options.
