I have a help desk department currently using hunt group, But now the supervisor wants reporting. I set them up on our CCX system, but now is asking for reporting and still ring all the phones when a call comes in. is this even possible and if so, how?
With UCCX you cannot present call center call to multiple DNs at the same time as that defeats the whole purpose of an ACD system, Broadcast line group is the way to go and you can pull CDR reports for some basic call information or use 3rd party call accounting app.
