I cant login to track my cases

I got the message of mobile lab cancellation more than a week ago. I have not been able to login to the site www.cisco.com/go/certsupport. To update my case. I tried to reset the password, i was only faced with a lot of complications. Its really a sad news to me that the exam was cancelled all because my ccie written exam will expire on the 8th of september 2014, I was to write the lab on 15th of August. Please help. Thanks
