Forget CTIOS - it doesn't play here.
Once you have added the Reason Codes using the Config-List Tool, wait until CAD synchronizes (every 10 minutes) then open up CAD Desktop Administrator. Find the workflow your agents are using, then enable reason codes and pull across the ones you need from the list. Now they will be available for CAD to use.
