ICD 3.1 Script Question

I have a multiple option script that lets me off-net forward to a pre-defined number. I need to change the number that off-nets but cannot find it in the script.

Look for redirect or place call steps.

Re: ICD 3.1 Script Question

Correct, all you have to do is change the "outside_Porteguese" variable to what you want. See if it's set as parameter, if so then all you have to do is change it from the admin page under application configuration.

Re: ICD 3.1 Script Question

Notice the "outside_Portugese" parameter set to 9011554196XXXXXX, which has to be either a Translation pattern, route pattern, or another device on CallManager. If you want to change the number to something else, simply change it here on this page, but ensure it will match something on callManager side, i.e. route pattern such as 9.011T, etc.

I don't see it as a translation or route pattern.

Re: ICD 3.1 Script Question

Ok, now I see something else that may becausing this. I tried seting up a CTI Route point that off-net forwards. When I place a call on it, i see ity dialing out (9011xxxx...) but I get a carrier message that the call cannot be completed as dialed. I'm using H.323 and I cannot see the gateway cnfg's.

Re: ICD 3.1 Script Question

Can you call that number from an IP phone?

If not then make sure you are dialing correct number, or that you have proper route pattern configured in CM, i.e. 9011T

Re: ICD 3.1 Script Question

I can dial it directly with no problem. When I dial the CTI that I setup get a carrier message blocking the call.
