Correct, all you have to do is change the "outside_Porteguese" variable to what you want. See if it's set as parameter, if so then all you have to do is change it from the admin page under application configuration.
Notice the "outside_Portugese" parameter set to 9011554196XXXXXX, which has to be either a Translation pattern, route pattern, or another device on CallManager. If you want to change the number to something else, simply change it here on this page, but ensure it will match something on callManager side, i.e. route pattern such as 9.011T, etc.
Ok, now I see something else that may becausing this. I tried seting up a CTI Route point that off-net forwards. When I place a call on it, i see ity dialing out (9011xxxx...) but I get a carrier message that the call cannot be completed as dialed. I'm using H.323 and I cannot see the gateway cnfg's.
