ICD Agent on MS Terminal Server

We are running the ICD agent on MS Terminal server. We have about 7-8 that have been working for a while now. We just installed ICD on a new TS and for some weird reason I can't see any of those agents (logged into that server) to show up on the supervisor software? I know this isn't supported by TAC. Just hoping I could get a little help.

IPCC Express does not support CAD over Terminal Services.
