ICM 4.6.2 Logger setup error 2433

When running setup.exe and trying to edit the logger component we are getting the following error:

Error 2453 occurred while trying to determine the current user security type.

I've found several references to 2221 with a similar message and we've verified that the Administrator account is a domain admin, the logger server IS the domain controller and DNS is working properly. I've also verified that SQL permissions are set properly and am not sure what files are being referenced when trying to INSTALL the logger component.

The problem resolved by using ICM 4.6.2A. Previously I was just using ICM 4.6.2.
