I have a site running an Avaya (v12, CMS 5.0.5) which frequently experiences a condition in which the daily numbers for inbound calls, handled calls, etc.. will not reset. The next days values just append to the previous days numbers. The Central controller database totals are correct but it takes the cycling of the PG to get the real time values to reset. Users notice this when using webview reports looking at totals for the day. When the PG is cycled, the valudes reset back to zero. I've yet to log a TAC case, thought I'd try here first. Any help will be appreciated.
additional info: This condition only occurs for one site with 60+ other PG's (sites) resetting normally.
