ICM 7.1(4) - High memory - rogger

<p>Hey All</p>

<p>We have ICM 7.1 4, and have logger/Router service on the same machine (rogger)</p>

<p>Both dublex roggers are now reporting high memory utilisation (over 85%) I looked at the task manager, and noticed that sqlservr.exe is using the majority of memory.</p>

<p>Has anybody experienced similar issues? any ideas what could be causing this? would a reboot fix this?</p>

<p>Many Thanks,</p>

No need to reboot the box. Just restart SQL Server.

Hi Al,

CPU might be high check on how memory is configured to be available for SQL Server exclusive usage, that might reduce the one available per any other ops.

Hi All

Check the SQL memory usage. SQL will use as much memory as you allow it. If not contained it will use 1.8GB of memory or more.
