ICM 7.2 and Siebel CRM - anyone have issues?

We have ICM 7.2 with Siebel CRM. Our agents use the Siebel toolbar. We've had issues with the toolbar freezing (all the icons turn grey) and the agent is unable to go ready, logout, etc. Real time monitoring tools show the agents in a "hold" state. Even though the agent will shut down their PC at night, the system still shows them logged in all night long because they were not able to log out properly.

Does anyone else have this issue? I find it hard to believe we are the only one with this problem.
