A few days ago i updated my ICM Lab to 7.5.8 MR... after the update all was well... or so i thought untill today... today i was testing outbound campaigns and noticed that the agent status was "Talking" when it should have been "Hold" as the dialer is reserving agents...
I am planing to deploy this MR in production soon because of the reporting rounding and a few other ceavets it resolves but this status thing is going to be a problem...
