ICM - CUCM- Voice Mail Issue

Hi Folks,

I need a help for the following scenario.

Call Scenario :

VG --> CUPS --> CVP --> ICM --> CUCM

Problem :

The issue is, when the customer calls to the call centre and the call hits the Script and based on the CED it goes to the Label node.

The number in the Label node is configured as Hunt Group in CUCM.

The calls from the Script hits the Label node and goes to CUCM Hunt group, and when no one Answers the call the caller is not hearing any Voice Mail message.

If we directly dial the Hunt Group number , and if no one answers the call , then the caller can able to hear the Voice Mail message.

Couldnt able to identify why the callers were not abe to hear the Voice Mail message which coming throiugh ICM Script.

Needed your help on this.

So, no greeting is heard at all? What if rather than sending the call to the hunt pilot you send it to a phone that is set to forward to voicemail, do you hear the greeting then?

Is the same issue happening for external and internal calls? Are you using SIP refer transfer?

Thanks for your reply.

We also tested the scenario by sending the calls to a phone and the VM works fine.

Sathya - How about Label Configued in ICM Script static or Dynamic ?

Unity is intergrated through SIP / SCCP

If its SIP check SIP Trunk configuation of MTP/MRGL etc...
