Hi all,
I would like to see if I can use SIP in a way to obtain ICM agent status without going into SDK's an as such at the Agents softphone app.
Like sending a SIP message to ICM or CM and in return get the agents status.

The answer is NO, ICM doesn't know SIP, so CTI is the only interface you could get agent status information.
