ICM fails at Get VXML Script

Hello guys,

I am trying to test out calling VXML script from ICM. I deployed the VXML script using Call Studio. When I tried browsing to

http://10.10.1.50:7000/CVP/Server?application=HelloWorldTest, i got the following error

<catch event="error.com.cisco.callhandoff.failure">

I checked the status.bat file, it shows 0 caller when it supposes to show 1, if I'm not mistaken.

When I tried dialing, it reaches the step to invoke vxml script (GS,Server,V) the following message is repeating in a loop (>10 times)

I'm sorry, we are experiencing difficulties. Please call back at a later time.

After that, whatever I dial (including a couple of DN which are working previously) goes into a busy signal and fail the send to vru node and I have to restart my CVP call server and VXML server to make it work again.

Appreciate your help and please guide me where I did wrong, thanks in advance.
