Hi,
In the staging guide Cisco ICM/IPCC 7.0(0) the document gives guidelines for partitioning AW/HDS. In the Install and Config Guide it states it's not supported.
If it is supported, what are the recommended sizes I should be using for each partition.
Many thanks,
Michael

Its not supported in System IPCC but is recommended for enterprise installs.
I generally put in about 20gb for the c partition (OS/software) and the rest on the D partition for SQL data.

The partition in IPCC is application level partition which is used to segregate customers or LOB in ICM configurations, like: Dialed Number, Call Type, label,Script.
You may confuse with hard drive partition.
