ICM script not working

Hi

I am in process of setup a lab with IPCCE witn IVR version 8.5.

I have created a basic queue script in the IVR as a post routing script in ICM created a basic script that check for a agent in the queue to skillgroup and in fail go the the VRU script in IVR.

from the log i can see that the call is hitting the basic queue script but it is not working as expected.

Any expert help is appreciated.

I am attaching the logs file capture from vrutrace and dumplog for  router.

The Calling number is 1000

and the called number is 3001

Hi.

I checked your screen dump. It will work if you are using SystemPG.
If you are have configured a generic, you need to configure translation routes to get it to work
