ICM services not starting up due to logon failure

Hi,

I have UCCE 8.5.3 in my setup as duplex mode as Progger A and Progger B and  AW/HDS on another server.Every time if i cycle or restart the logger and AW services an error pops up - Services cannot start up due to Logon failure. I have checked ther services account manager and its in default ICM domain account and the connection is healthy. Every time i have to edit the service account to start the Logger and AW services.

Can any one help me on this.

Hi Rahul,

Try using local system account rather than Domain user account as shown below:

Thanks for the reply,I have tried even with local administrator account still there is the issue.

Windows 2008 R2 server with sp1 is the os platform
