ICM side A and B lost connection

Hi, one of my customer has a scheduled network outage between side A and Side B. ICM is duplex at side A and B. one PG at each site. the outage time is about 10 to 12 hours.version is ICM 7.02

my questions are

1) in this scenario, side A is primary site, sine they only have 2 PGs, so side B wont go live after the link between side A and Side b is down. am I correct?

2) if the outage longer than 12 hours, I need to manually sync the databases once service come back and running. Am I correct on this one?

3) what are the other damage would happen and I need to pay attention when the network restores

any input is appreciated

thanks

Kevin

Re: ICM side A and B lost connection

I recommend you shut down side B manually, you can't be 100% sure the network will not go up and down and it might cause you some problems. You will not need to resynch the database, per the SRND you should be fine for around 2 weeks depending on your set/call volume.
