ICM Subsystem in CVP

I am having problem with ICM Subsystem office in my CVP. All the services in ICM are up and running, PG, PIM are up and active.

I have even reinstall the CVP but still the problem is same.

Respected sir, in CVP all the servies should be up and running but here in this CVP, ICM subsystem service is offline. Why it is offline, though in my earlier lab setup, and live setup it is up and running.

Can you please tell me why it is so, and what i need to check, and what I am missing.

Is the PIM on the ICM side active - probably not? Crank up the trace and bounce the PIM and check the messages.

PIM is active, what I did i reinstall the CVP and it is working fine, But still not able to figure it out why it was offline. I didnt nothing with ICM, just reinstall the CVP again and it is working fine.
