Will the network disconnection of the IPCC/IVR servers (a few hours) caused the ICM subsystem went PARTIAL_SERVICE?
Is there a way to show alert in the form of sms/email, or warning message when the IVR encounters problems such as subsystem goes partial or out of service etc?
for alerts on when IVR goes partial service, you can use Perfmon to track the IVR statistics and alarm on specific thresholds.
or you can use thirdParty monitoring such as NetIQ or CiscoWorks, etc.

perfmon does not track ivr stats, i meant network stats for the disconnect problem.
