ICM subsytem in IVR

Why I have ICM subsystem OUT_OF_SERVICE in CRS's engine?

I have CRS 3.0(3) and ICM 5.0 and I've read in "ICM compatibility matrix" document that for ICM 5.0 I should have IP IVR 3.1(x)

May be this is a reason or I do something wrong?

Thanks advance

I believe 3.0.X and 3.1 are compatible. But itz been a long time since I worked on those.

Upgrade from CRS 3.0 to CRS 3.1, still no results - ICM subsystem is OUT OF SERVICE :(...

Checked several times translation route in ICM - seems OK..

But before ICM can route to IVR, ICM subsystem (in SRS) must be in service, am i understand right?

Recheck

1) Translation Points Config - RP's on CM, PGUser associated, jtapi user associated for ivr, TR app created on IVR, TR RP's associated with TR App, TR created properly on ICM Side, TR should be correctly created with the right routing client. TR labels need to be created for each peripheral also.

2) PG setup for IVR properly (service control, queue reporting), pim enabled. Do you see the PIM (IVR pg going active) coming up? I guess not. Correct ICM -IVR port (default is 5000), correct logical controller id and peripheral id

Thanks, but before I check all you mentioned in point 1), i'd like to ask, until there is an error i'll not see IVR pg going active?

now i'll see "vrupim - pim2 - [VRU IDLE]"

point 2) seems to be ok...
